Martin is a Senior Economist in the CBI’s economics team, focusing on the UK economy and leading on the CBI’s manufacturing sector survey. He also leads on covering the economies of China and India, as well as developments in the global oil market, and supports a variety of economic analysis work on policy projects. Martin has worked at the CBI for nearly three years, having previously obtained a Master’s degree at the London School of Economics.
