Kevin Petley, until recently COO of the Chelsea Magazine Company, has worked across all the main disciplines associated with Magazine Publishing. Kevin is also a board member of the ABC. Currently working for his own consultancy business, Kevin has a wealth of knowledge and experience, making him ideally placed to judge this year's PPA Independent Publishing Awards.
