Rachel joined The Stage in 2014 and was appointed head of marketing in 2017.
Recently, Rachel has overseen a period of huge digital transformation for The Stage, transitioning reader revenue from print-based to predominantly digital subscriptions. In addition, Rachel and her team are responsible for the promotion of industry leading recruitment sites, two award ceremonies and Get Into Theatre, a platform promoting action to create a more diverse workforce within the theatre industry.
