Marjon Esfandiary is Head of Legal & Policy at PLS. She has worked as a commercial lawyer specialising in intellectual property rights for over 20 years, starting at a law firm in the City followed by various roles in-house, including at Unilever PLC and Hachette UK.

Her experience in the publishing industry includes dealing with a wide range of contracts including agreements for the development and use of technology, advising on the creation, protection, licensing and use of IP rights, and data protection.
